By booking with Ephesians Beautybar, you agree to the terms and conditions and house rules listed below.

Responsibility and Liability

Treatments at Ephesians Beautybar (by Aaliyah) are performed under the client’s/model’s responsibility and at their own risk. We always strive for the best possible results, but we are not liable for failure to achieve the desired results or for any damage, unless there is gross negligence.

Cancel, Change, or Late

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours without a valid reason, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. In the event of a no-show without a valid reason, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged. Being late can happen. Please let us know as soon as possible to see what options are available. Are you more than 15 minutes late? Then the appointment will be canceled and 50% of the fee will be charged. In the event of non-payment, future appointments will be canceled, and it will no longer be possible to schedule an appointment at Ephesians Beautybar.  

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment. There is no waiting room.

Appointment Reminder

You will receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment. If you are unable to attend, you can reschedule or cancel the appointment.

Payments

Payments must be made at the salon immediately after your treatment. You can pay via a payment request, by debit card, or in cash (exact change).

Deposit Policy

A deposit of €15 is required when making a reservation. This will be sent via a payment request on WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking.
The deposit must:

• Payment within 48 hours for appointments scheduled more than two days in advance

• Payment is due as soon as possible for appointments scheduled for the following day

The appointment is not confirmed until payment is received.
The deposit will be applied toward the total amount due at the time of the appointment.

Please note: deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations.
If you reschedule an appointment, the deposit remains valid.

This policy is necessary to prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.

Warranty

Your set of nails comes with a 1-week warranty. Any repairs made within this period are free of charge.

Desired Result

We do our very best to achieve the desired result. If we are unable to fully achieve this, we will work together to find a suitable solution.

No Refunds

Once treatment has been provided, refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Specials

Offers are valid while supplies last or for the specified duration. Discount codes can be used once per person, unless otherwise indicated.

Health

It is important that you inform us of any health issues before treatment. By agreeing to the treatment, you confirm that you are in good health and do not pose a risk to yourself or others. This includes conditions such as hemophilia, immune disorders, allergies, or blood-borne diseases (such as HIV or hepatitis).

Health Awareness

You are aware of the potential consequences of the treatment, including the medical, psychological, and social aspects, and you agree to them.

Refusing customers or service

Ephesians Beautybar reserves the right to refuse service to customers at any time. This right may be exercised to ensure the quality of our service and to maintain a safe and respectful environment for both customers and staff. We strive to provide a positive experience, and in some cases, it may be necessary to take this measure.
